Also, the NHS Ambulance Service who took Ian to hospital for all his appointments, and those who attended Ian in his final days. Thank you to the doctors and staff at Ravenscar Surgery, and to everyone for the cards of condolence and those who attended Ian's funeral, not forgetting those who were too poorly to attend.
